FITA: Open Doors Construction Week

On the 18th and 19th March 2024, FITA will be opening the doors at its Loughborough Training Centre to the public during ‘Open Doors Construction Week’ to showcase the fantastic career opportunities with the floorlaying sector.
The event will allow potential school leavers to visit and see what is involved in becoming a floorlayer, speak to industry professionals and those that have completed training within our sector and are now fully fledged floorlayers in their own right.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get hands-on and experience first-hand what a floorlayers day to day activities are. This includes having a go at installing floors, presentations on how fantastic our sector is and career pathway opportunities.
