Webinar on Support for your Mental Health and Wellbeing – Fully booked

The Instarmac Training Academy is partnering with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity to provide this session on support for your mental health and wellbeing.  We will be joined by Sarah Poirier, Regional Ambassador, and together a basic overview of understanding mental health will be delivered.  The session will then go on to detail the extensive support that the Charity offers to all those, and their families, working within the construction industry.  A comprehensive list of resources and initiatives will be explained and issued to all webinar attendees free-of-charge.
