The Instarmac Training Academy is returning to the topic of mental health and wellbeing in association with Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.  On this special session we will be joined by Chris King-Hill, Senior Site Manager Galliford Try Construction, as well as Sarah Poirier, the charity’s Regional Ambassador.

Chris will be presenting a talk on toxic masculinity and how it contributes to poor mental health.  The session will also cover the extensive support that the charity offers to anyone, and their families, working within the construction industry.

“Had a one to one counsellor that checked in on me and helped me realised how I was struggling and guided me to the right path. I’m 3 months down the line and I can honestly say that talking is the best bit of advice I can suggest.”
